My first experience was a pleasant one. I was signing in and realized I forgot my Medicare card. It was a first for me. I was embarrassed. The employee at the front desk, took my info. and, boom, she had all the information I needed. She was so friendly. I kept apologizing and she kept assuring me everything was fine. Into the office I go. Everyone I encountered was terrific and very friendly. Not to mention, Dr. Adams has a great personality. Answered every question with kindness. Paid attention to all of my concerns.
Dr. Adams was terrific. He took the time to X-ray my shoulder right away and explained his thinking clearly — he wants to try medication first before jumping to PT, which I appreciated. He was kind, attentive, and even worked in a few dad jokes to keep things light. Great bedside manner and straightforward care. Highly recommend.
The staff and doctor Adams were great. Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and polite and they made you feel comfortable and important.
