Update: 6mos later and still same problems. maybe new office manager will help but it has now been 1.5wks for a standard refill that they declined with no reason or call all to findout b/c an appt needed to be booked 3mos out, to then now 3days later finally got the doctor to approve but then staff sent to pharmacy that was not the one we had requested but also a pharmacy not used in over a year! And of course the staff wanted to tell me the steps on the additional work I needed to do to correct THEIR mistake. 2days my daugh... read more
Dr.Trail has cared for two of my children for many years. He is an excellent practitioner.we are always listened to and never rushed with him. His diagnosis were correct and treatment plans have been spot on. I doubt there's a better child psychiatrist in town and you couldn't pay us to leave him.
