I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Strelow and all the staff at Vistar Eye Center.
I had surgery on both eyes and everyone from Dr. Strelow's staff at his office to the staff at Vistar Eye Center was great. Dr. Strelow told me every step he was doing during surgery and I believe he went the extra mile to make sure I understood. I would definitely recommend them.
I am very pleased with Dr. Strelow but have had a very unsatisfactory experience with his office staff. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Strelow who did not have any openings in the time frame I needed for insurance purposes. The office suggested another "doctor" but they scheduled me with an optometrist instead of an opthalmologist without informing me of the difference. This created an insurance problem.
