UPMC stopped paying for subscriptions blood glucose monitor software and has decided that going backwards in time and having its patients hand write their readings was a better option per a doctor at this clinic. During my appointment I was only told to use the paper method or told to go on a CGM as UPMC does not have the funds to pay for this.
