Overall, I really like this firm. Most of the people that I spoke with were very professional. I would definitely use them again; however, I would probably ask for a different attorney. I was pretty displeased with some of the communication. I recall calling her a few times and texting, and not receiving any callbacks. Scott Pryor Law Firm has been amazing since the first phone call. Everyone I have dealt with during my case has been very nice and helpful. They actually care about your case, and try and get you the most of the insurance company. They call and check on you at least once a week, not like another firm I dealt with.
