I have been going to Texas oncology for over 20 years & this is the 1st complaint I have ever voiced. While waiting for my lab, a woman came in a wheelchair with a DOG in her lap. I understand there are service animals but with cancer patients who are immune compromised, I think it is NOT SAFE to let someone bring animals to visits. Everyone is very nice and the appointments move quickly. I am a healthcare provider and I really appreciate other healthcare providers that are kind, caring and compassionate. It can be a scary uncertain time. Everyone works hard to put the patient at ease. Thank you!!
