Dr. Kincaid has been my family physician for many years. He is knowledgeable, competent, caring and patient. I have been very satisfied with the care that I have received. Furthermore, the nurses & staff at Carilion Clinic Family Medicine – Radford are friendly, professional and excellent.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Would you recommend this doctor to others? Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling that I wished they were more holistic. The office was easy enough to find. If I were back in the area I'd go back. He was much better than the practice in the area where I now live.
