2009 Dr Fulton saved my father, I transferred my father from Erie, pa hospital to University Hospital and he immediately after testing knew the medicine he needed . My father healed and was able to enjoy his life
Dr. Fulton is excellent. He's extremely efficient, well versed in his Specialty and has a curiousity to question and look beyond the typical results with vigar. His intelligence and bull dog investigative skills are second to none. UH has a super star, Dr. that takes care of his patients and a valuable asset if only they knew.
Dr. Fulton saved my life. I had a rare disease in 2010 (Lemierre’s Syndrome) and I almost died. He was the only doctor in the hospital willing to treat me for this disease even though other doctors didn’t think that I had it. Sure enough, I tested positive. Thank God he followed his gut and treated me, otherwise I might not be here today.
