I visited this clinic for a routine dental checkup. During the visit, an exam, X-rays, and a panoramic film were taken. A filling was also done on the same day even though I was not expecting or prepared to proceed with treatment at that time. I was not given a clear cost estimate beforehand, which made it difficult to understand the out-of-pocket expense, especially with dental insurance coverage. I believe better communication around both treatment plans and costs before proceeding would improve the patient experience.
Amazing place for all your dental needs Dr Aman Kang is an amazing doctor, very patient. Highly recommended. Clinic is clean and sanitized I had Raman today for my cleaning and by far the best and most gentle hygienist ever. Forever her patient Keep up the good work
I had a great experience at my hygiene appointment. Naven was just amazing she was so kind, gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She had such a caring approach and made the whole experience feel easy and stress free. Dr. Kang as usual was very nice and welcoming.
I've been going here for years and I'm always satisfied with the service and atmosphere of the office. Today I had my teeth cleaned by an absolutely lovely hygienist, who offered me a tons of tips and tricks that I had never heard before. She was phenomenal! Easily the best and most informational teeth cleaning I have received in my entire life.
I had a very bad experience at this dental office. I went in just for a quote, but the dental assistant who took my X-rays seemed inexperienced. The way they handled the X-ray sensor/chip was very rough and it hurt the inside of my mouth. It’s been a week since my visit, and I’m still feeling pain from it, which is not acceptable for a basic procedure like X-rays. This made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the level of care and training here. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
