Brand new ice maker and 3 months with no ice. 4 service calls and now we dont get any response to our requests. This ice maker was $2348.96 and we cant use it. Their authorized repair tech picked it up 3 weeks ago and we havent heard anything. They said they would contact ** but didnt.
We run a business, and we received a $2000 ice machine, never worked upon arrival. Due to their policy, we can't get a refund but only able to replace parts through their warranty. First tech was dispatched 3 days after our call was made. Tech came by and said the part was defective need to order part through warranty which takes a couple of days. Tech comes by next visit, says another part is defective, needs another part through warranty, says it can take a week to receive part from Scotsman so we complained about 2 things... read more

There is not enough information in the complaint to enable us to take any action which may be appropriate. At a minimum, we need: model & serial numbers of the product in question, full customer contact information, invoice showing date of purchase & contact information for seller, location of where the product is installed, who installed it, copies of all communications relating to this issue, and copies of all service tickets relating to this product. This information will provide a basis for review.
