Lived here for 4 years. First 1 and half was great then they switched owners. Our oven does not cook evenly and hasn't for over a year. We constantly have to rotate anything that we cook in for it took cook correctly. We did 4 different work orders within months before signing our lease. Then we went to resign our lease we asked again. MICHAEL said he had to get approval from corporate due to the amount of rent we pay. Which is crazy to me. I've been told as of today that they are refusing to follow through with what they agreed to do because I wrote a review and the apartment is deemed inhabitable and the issues are cosmetic. That's like paying for and ordering a burger and getting a bologna sandwich and saying eat it bc it's food. Also maintenance breaking the bathroom door because it wouldn't close and leaving it now refusing to fix it is beyond comprehension to me. Rusted metal all over the kitchen is a health concern.
