We just moved my sister into here yesterday for her first apartment and it was disgusting. They showed them a completely different room and when we went into theirs it looked like they didn’t clean it after the last people. The cabinets and walls look like they are falling apart. The hallways to get to your apartment are trashed! They should be ashamed and asking $1500 for this is insane. We are trying to get them out of it but they might be stuck and I feel horrible. If I could give it a zero I would I’ve been here for five years and I’ve been Disrespected every year of it different owners same people they just hired a new girl Carmen in the front. She is so rude and all I was telling her was I put in a work order and it has been fixed. Talk to me in a condescending tone was raising her voice. Do not recommend her to work anywhere. I accompanied my friend to the tour and the young lady that showed the property was so amazing. She was friendly and energetic and enthusiastic. She made me want to apply just based off her personality. The bonus is that it’s Sunday! Most apartments are closed on Sunday!
