If you are looking to move into a new complex, do not choose The Cove. My boyfriend and I have been living here for a little under a year but we have faced many problems that I’m seeing are recurring and not prioritized from reading other reviews. First, maintenance will come into your complex and tear everything up without cleaning it up. We had maintenance take a portion of our drywall out of our bathroom back in March. I just toured The Cove, and was really impressed! There were three ladies in the office- I don’t remember who gave me the tour, but everyone was so kind! The clubhouse is beautiful, the community feels peaceful while you’re walking around, and there’s tons of parking. The apartments were much more spacious and modern than I expected. They did mention that there’s new management and that they’re in the process of updating the apartments and community, which really shows. Great maintenance team. Kenny Terrall did a great job fixing my shower. Very nice, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions.
Had to stop in the office yesterday for some issues I was having. I got to work with Jocealyn and Alicia. They were definitely there to listen and jumped right into taking care of my concerns. I feel confident taking my issues to the office knowing there are people who want to listen and help
