Poor management staff, severe lack of knowledge regarding finances resulting in numerous overcharges and fees. If they make a mistake then they will charge you $30+ for it. If you have a service animal they will retaliate and attempt to create false fees in a way to sneakily charge you “pet rent” These are not isolated. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Fantastic staff to work with, clean and good sized apartments
I had a wonderful experience living at Scotsdale! Management and maintenance were always helpful and quick to respond. It is obvious that lots of effort is put into the upkeep of the apartments (ex: we had brand new kitchen flooring and front door). Location-wise, it is easily commutable to the University of Iowa and is connected to lots of great walking/running trails in the area. Loved every day spent there!
