The manager sue was great. Since she retired and they hired this property management company things have gone WAY downhill. All the old timers are moving out, including myself. Had black mold in my apartment, and they barely tried to take care of me.
We’ve lived here for a few years and overall a decent place to live. The pool is closed a lot and the gym hours are office hours so useless for someone who works during the day with weekends off.
I've lived in a lot of rentals and this was by far the worst complex.
The manager sue is the best. The place is well maintained and any problems are fixed with very quickly.
