The wait time was good I got there 835am and left at 1015am. The staff were all friendly and the doctor was helpful and cared about my pain she even answered a question about another pain I’m having. My prescription was called in right away and ready when I got to the pharmacy. No one wants to go to urgent care but if you need to it’s helpful to know that someone cares.
Staff are awesome. 2 nurses working today 11/8/25 helped me out very well! Was in & out for covid test in less than 30 minutes. I went right after they opened & was first in line at 7:15a.m.
Was quick to address the problem & take care of it
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Judgmental staff who wouldn’t listen to anything I tried describing to them, diagnosing me with a completely random illness.
Website says they close at 7:00pm. Took my daughter in at 6:00pm, nobody in the waiting room and 2 cars in the entire parking lot. We were told they wouldn’t be seeing any other patients.
