I left one star since that’s the lowest it goes. I cannot even put into words how dissatisfied we are with the care my family member received. No staff to be found, Call lights dismissed without being answered, more security than medical staff—and that’s just the ED. Probably a good thing they wouldn’t admit them. CT guy was the most pleasant and helpful the whole day ( wish I would have got his name. He needs to do all the training for new hires and current ones!!)
Sat there for 4 straight hours with a stomach aching constantly like it was being torn apart. Didnt get the chance to even diagnose the problem before I walked out and drove to Florence. Glad I wasn’t dying bc if I was I would probably still be sitting in that waiting room
