Bit of a long read, but please listen, and spend your money elsewhere. Living here has been the worst living experience I've had. I've moved 22 times and I am happy to be moving a 23rd time just to get out of here. The area is shady, the management is horrible, if you want something done? Your best bet is to sit in the main office and wait until it's take care of that second. I have lived here for 12 years, that should speak for itself, I have seen many positive changes in the last 10 years, more so in the last year with new managers, new staff, they are honest, fair, the rules are strict , which is a good thing, this sets standards, you have 1 individual Parking spot and Visitors Can park in a designated visitors spot, every thing is color coded. lots of improvements inside (apartment updates) newer appliances and new carpet is installed after it is determined when a resident moves out and a new... read more
Horrible place to live. Someone who works in the building broke into our apartment and stole our laptop and $50 worth of change. We know it was a worker because our door was locked when we came back home and also there was tar all over our carpet. Went to confront the maintenance guy who was in the maintenance guy and noticed that there is tar all over the floor in their garage. Also the guy wouldn't give us his bosses number and also he was not even supposed to be working there that day! He said he was in our building to fi... read more
DO NOT RENT. THIS PLACE EFFING SUCKS. CARE TAKERS NEVER CLEAN. OFFICE IS NEVER OPEN. OFFICE WORKERS ARE RUDE AS F. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENNANTS. THEAE PEOPLe EFFING SUCK.
