Don't go to this walk-in! Very rude morning receptionist and an incompetent doctor. You won't get what you need here.
I went here to get stitches out as that’s what I was told from the hospital to go to a walk in. The Dr only mentioned to me after, that he didn’t have the right tools. It was extremely uncomfortable and painful as though he was ripping them out. I told him I felt I was going to faint and he continued until I asked to lay down. There was no effort to calm me or make me feel comfortable in the situation. Very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend coming here to have stitches removed.
I have been going to Scotia med since 2012 Dr Jabeen is the best.
Some staff here is unnecessarily rude, which was embarrassing to me. I understand why this clinic has a poor rating. But it seems that they don't care.
Dr Shaifta Jabeen is the best human and doctor for us. May Allah give her best health and life to treat us for a longer period of time in the same way.
