As a small business it is very difficult to work with such a branch, if you email they would not respond and you would waste time trying to meet the manager even after visiting the branch...looks like does not care much about business or small businesses at all. I am seriously thinking of alternatives.
I recently received a small international wire transfer, and the experience was unnecessarily difficult. The bank placed a hold on the funds, requiring paperwork from the sending bank overseas. Despite going through the effort to obtain and submit the documents, the hold was lifted before I could send them—meaning both I and the sender went through needless hassle. Been my home branch since I was a child, great service and friendly people there, lines get long like any bank. But the sign on the door says the ABM is open until 10pm (only on weekdays) and for some reasons it’s locked at 8:45pm. Not very convenient.
