There used to be such wonderful banking advisors here at this branch, but they either have left or were moved to another location, and now this particular bank branch is VERY DISAPPOINTING! Advisors are either new, or very sloppy, so many errors and wrong information! It is a total waste of time talking with them, why can't Scotia keep knowledgeable staff instead of such constant turnover??? I need to to look for another location asap.
I witness the incident today at the branch around 3:15pm and I have to say the customer (older man) was utterly disrespectful, ignorant and rude. The teller Tyshanna was only suggesting an option and was extremely polite and helpful. However he flipped on her for no reason, started to raise his voice and commanding her to do her work faster in a threatening tone otherwise he knows people at the head office and will get her fired. He even asked to see the Manger. It was ridiculous and she didn't deserve that kind of behavior.... read more
