Went here today to exchange some change to bills. Forgot my card at home. The guy named Henil that was at the counter would not do the exchange for me. He was also rude.
I love this service
forgot my appointment and didn't reply my email either after 3 emails and then confirmed and appointment only to be postponed and rescheduled with a customer care personnel. This branch is such a nuisance.
This location used to be amazing staff was professional, competent and knowledgeable. Now it is the complete opposite. They do not care about appointments, will never call back or reply to emails. Online banking is the way to go.
Extremely disappointed with my experience today. I had a confirmed 9:30 AM meeting, and I showed up on time to a closed bank branch. To make matters worse, I received the official cancellation email at 10:00 AM, half an hour after my meeting was scheduled to start. This is unacceptable communication and a complete waste of my time. It was very irresponsible considering I had to wait in the cold winter weather. A more timely notification would have prevented this frustrating trip.
