I received my credit card at this branch , I went to take it with my ID card , the agent in the front desk said that I needed my debit card (which I didn't take with me since I had my ID card ) I returned the next day , with my debit card and my ID card , I arrived and waited for my turn but the agent this time said that I needed to have my e-mail adress registred in my account I , now I have to go a third time, three days in a row to pick up my credit card
Incredible service from Senior Financial Advisor Simrat Bagga. I was in line waiting to meet a teller, while Simrat came from her desk asking the reason behind my visit. She invited me to her desk and solved my request within minutes and I was quite surprised at the service. I been to many locations, but this experience was really nice.
I am not happy at all the staff was not professional
Nothing but problems every step of the way. I wanted to open a new preferred package debit card with the deal and the bank lady Bagga argued with me that there is no deal and rudely interrupted and asked me multiple times if I am a newcomer to Canada where’s my passport, I had to open scotiabank website to show her the deal before she let me open the account.
