I called the scotia bank and they told me that in order to unblock my card i need to visit any branch and rest they will be able to figure out. But when i visited this branch the lady instead of looking for any notes she just straight up told me to call the number at the back of the card. She didn’t even read the notes left by agent. She didn’t even try. Lazy employees. Total waste of my time and money. Now the agent on the call asking me to visit the branch again. And the loop goes on
