I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. After my car was written off in an accident, I received an insurance cheque issued in both my name and my wife’s name, since she is listed on the ownership. However, I am the only one on the car loan. When I went to deposit the cheque, the staff immediately refused. Easy access from a major intersection
Atms doesnt dispurse 5dollar bills
Waited 15 min (and still waiting) just to get change. It's lunch hour and only 2 tellers at the wickets, 2 of 3 of the ATM not working, line up of 6 people and no other staff members come to help anyone. Terrible customer service.
