Mohammed Arif was a horrible financial advisor. Not only did he belittle my parents about their income and financial situation, he openly talked as if he is above everyone else and showed very misogynistic traits when discussing banking topics. Not only that, he was late to his own meeting with a poor apology and was not professional at all in the slightest. I would not recommend going to this location I ordered printed cheques so I can give to my landlord rent payment. The teller was not listening to my request had to correct my mailing address 3 times and even assisted by the manger. When I received the printed cheques the names was stated completely wrong had to call customer service centre to correct it. Now I put in a difficult situation which I am unsure if I will arrive on time causing problems with my rent. I refused to pay another $80 for new ones when it should have be... read more
