I've been a Scotiabank customer since 2021. Due to financial difficulties, I was looking into a line of credit for an emergency and booked an appointment with Sajo at this location. He seemed friendly at first and explained the process, but then a fraud alert was triggered on my profile. Even though he mentioned there was an option to verify me over a call while the alert was active, he insisted I remove it instead. I am not sure why the bank rep said they need an advisor to transfer money from BNS savings to another savings and the advisor said he is on a break and said need appointment to do it because of significant amount I went to another branch as walk-in and asked an advisor and he did the job within 5 minutes without much hassle I know there are rules but pls tell your staff that if a job can be done in 5 minutes and customers have all documents then do it instead of making their lives difficult.

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and unprofessionalism at this branch. I originally scheduled a phone consultation with Nafee, who failed to call as scheduled. Despite my follow-up email, I received neither a response nor an apology. I subsequently visited the branch in person the following day, but the experience was equally unproductive.
