The employees of this branch need some serious training about immigration laws and policies. The employee named Savithri Singh who was assisting us in creating a new comer account had no ideas about what an eCoPR is and started being rude when we tried to explain the difference between CoPR and eCoPR. Facts that employees need to be taught; 1. Inland applicants get issued eCoPR which is an electronic copy and not CoPR that’s only issued only to outland applicants. 2. Was upset with the teller as she has only one answered to all the questions she has only one reply to all question we ask that is no we can’t help you without listening to us .so finally decide to move to another bank I wish she teach proper to the person whom she was giving training to.wish best of luck to the branch
