I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and unprofessionalism at this branch. I originally scheduled a phone consultation with Nafee, who failed to call as scheduled. Despite my follow-up email, I received neither a response nor an apology. I subsequently visited the branch in person the following day, but the experience was equally unproductive. Don’t bother going to this branch. Staff are very difficult to work with including the branch manager. Spoke with Sandra. Something as simple as closing a chequing account took over a month to do, multiple in-store visits and I still got charged money to close my chequing account. When I went to a different branch and explained what happened at this branch, they said that everything that happened was not necessary and they would’ve waived the charges + made everything more simple to complete in one visit.
