Won't serve you unless you are a member on Scotia Bank
Went today to exchange rolled coin for bills. I am not a Scotia customer, but a Tangerine customer. Teller informed me there was nothing she could do to help, as she literally can't get me the bills without my scanning a Scotia debit card at the counter. Come home, and see on Scotia's own website that they absolutely can do that, and they charge $2 for every $100 worth of coins exchanged. Would have gladly paid. Waste of time, waste of gas, will continue to avoid the major banks, and Scotia will be no exception.
