It's about a 45-minute wait every day and the lineup out the door just to cash a cheque. The other one downtown is much better and has much more prompt service.
Waited 2 and half hours on hold to realize it wasn’t even calling the branch.

Worst branch EVER! I am with Tangerine who uses Scotiabank. Every other time I try to deposit funds, it kicks half back, then half of that or eats my money and tells me to call some number and I hope I get my money back days later. The ABM's are the WORST. Nevermind they close their doors to inside ABMs after regular business hours. I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't waste your time coming to this branch- you will be forever frustrated.
I have been with scotia for a number of years. Recently, I needed information on wiring a large sum of money. I unfortunately encountered a teller, who either didn't know alot about wiring money or just couldn't be bothered. I asked to speak with the bank manager and was told he wasn't in.
