I am so tired of the Scotiabanks in Peterborough. They lock their ABMs up early and the drive threw ones are constantly out of order. Tried Clonsilla Ave- out of order. Drove all the way across the city to Hunter St- out of order.
The worst bank in Peterborough for long wait, you need more staff, i am at the bank right now and the lineup is outside the front doors, unacceptable!
This bank has tons of issues, been with scotia for years and lately you can’t reach anyone or can’t use the online banking because of constant “ technical issues” horrible bank
Hard to get an appointment, the employees do not check or bother to reply to an email. May be they are not tech savvy. Really difficult to work with people at this branch.
It's about a 45-minute wait every day and the lineup out the door just to cash a cheque. The other one downtown is much better and has much more prompt service.
