All the same as other banks in Canada, pretty pathetic.
Brutal customer service. Always at least a 20 to 30 minute wait.
Never enough tellers.. to slow
Worst bank. ATM machines never work starting to think it’s a Canada wide Scotia bank problem. Complete garbage. All 3 machines couldn’t handle $1000 in 20’s. I go to my CIBC machine buttery smooth took it all no issues..
I am so tired of the Scotiabanks in Peterborough. They lock their ABMs up early and the drive threw ones are constantly out of order. Tried Clonsilla Ave- out of order. Drove all the way across the city to Hunter St- out of order.
