Absolutely appalling what Scotiabank has become. Only two tellers on a Friday, a payday, and end of month. It took them an hour to get through 15 people and when finally leaving, the line was quite literally out the door. Scotiabank's only priority is making rich shareholders even richer, and they do that by charging us absurd fees to receive unbelievably scarce service.
