The male banker is very rude and unhelpful
Very rude staff, they think they are something and not respecting the client.
NEVER in my LIFE have I witnessed such horrible customer service and banking. If you’re considering this bank, DON’T. Unless you wish to be screwed over every time you walk in the doors.
It’s unfortunate I have to even give them one star. The employees at this branch are extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff somehow manage to make you feel like asking for help at a bank is a huge personal inconvenience to them. I didn’t realize basic politeness was an optional feature here. There are plenty of other banks that manage to treat people with basic courtesy…I’d recommend going to one of them instead.
