Not very good luck with first dealings. The man was not friendly. Very abrupt and not at all belpful for fitst time ever dealing with them. Not impressed.
It is not my home branch. But the way clay guided me regarding my university fees payment was appreciable. He saved unnecessary charges. Satisfied with the services. Thank You.
The team at the south Lethbridge location has always been helpful, a pleasure to work with and always happy to work with, its clear they also have a good culture there and get along great which makes it feel all the more comfortable to come in.
Might want to consider updating your hours on Google so as not to mislead customers. It says this branch is open until 4pm on Saturdays. Made a special trip and was told teller services closed at 2pm.
This isn’t even my normal branch but it made me want to close my account even faster. The staff was rude and unwilling to compromise on the most basic things. Honestly if you prioritize customer service, switch to RBC.
