If you're not financially well-off, or you're going through a hard financial time, you can count on the West Lethbridge branch to dunk on you, make you feel bad about it and treat you like a dirtbag for asking questions. They seem to think your money belongs to them. Highly recommend going to the south side of town if you need a branch- they're fantastic there.
Always outstanding service here. Really friendly staff. I get more help and time from scotia bank than any other bank. It can be busy sometimes with the tellers
menala rajapakse Alu bank manager who can't speak in English was super rude and cut conversation abruptly. She didn't let me finish what I was even saying. Never ever I'll recommend you bank with them. Better alternative is ATB, TD, BMO across the street
I had a very negative experience at Scotiabank Canada involving an international transfer from Scotiabank Chile. The funds had arrived at the Canadian branch, yet the branch manager, Monica Escueta, incorrectly informed me that the transfer had been “rejected and returned,” without verifying anything.
