The young teller wouldn't let me deposit 7k cash (which is not a lot of cash) unless I had a paper trail to prove where the money came from, which I did not have with me at the time. I asked if I could come back with the paperwork and deposit the cash, and he said no, since it wouldn't be "legitimate." So he basically accused me of lying. Went to get a bank draft done for a vehicle I’m purchasing. Spent over an hour here and they couldn’t get it done as there was a “glitch” in their system. I tell them no problem, I’ll be back later once they work it out. I come back, get the bank draft done. I wanted to make another bank draft done so I went to deposit $6000 cash to make a draft. I was going to get balance certificate and they didn’t gave it me . They told me that they need 2 weeks to provide it , it’s policy and then I requested to talk to their manager. I have seen that she was angry and mad at lady in front of her . Then she told me that they don’t have stemps. Then I changed branch and immediately they gave it to me . I will not visiting to this place in future.
