I have personal bank account with scotia bank and when i went there to get some change, they denied saying that i cannot get change as i am not having business account them. Can’t remember the name but she was a girl with short black hair. Never had any issues with other scotia branches except this one.

The young teller wouldn't let me deposit 7k cash (which is not a lot of cash) unless I had a paper trail to prove where the money came from, which I did not have with me at the time. I asked if I could come back with the paperwork and deposit the cash, and he said no, since it wouldn't be "legitimate." So he basically accused me of lying. Went to get a bank draft done for a vehicle I’m purchasing. Spent over an hour here and they couldn’t get it done as there was a “glitch” in their system. I tell them no problem, I’ll be back later once they work it out. I come back, get the bank draft done. I wanted to make another bank draft done so I went to deposit $6000 cash to make a draft.
