Understanding staff!
Horrible service
If I could rate lower than 1 start I would. This is for Scotiabank as a whole, not just the branch. Try to get someone on the phone to help you.. Just goes around in circles, even with a extension for the branch, still answering machine. What happened Scotiabank????? Worst waste of time getting nowhere.
Multiple visits, and various request I am having very bad experience, example how can a financial advisor forget to respond for over 5 months to invest money waiting an interest, front row are always new face, sometimes they have no clue what I am asking for go back-forth to the manager 5 times. Not sure that SB Upper management doesn’t realize a poor performance and services
