Disappointing and Disrespectful Service at Scotiabank Branch I'm extremely disappointed and humiliated by the treatment I received at the Scotiabank branch on 06/27/25. Despite arriving at 4:57 PM, three minutes before the scheduled closing time of 5:00 PM, the representative closed the door in my face and ignored my repeated knocks. Worst service ever! Went into branch before leaving for our Mexico trip. Stood in line for 1 hour 15 mins in order to get USD$ cash from tellers working front line customer service; only 2 open at the time. The same 2 tellers helping other staff as well as trying to serve customers. Now this week I made an appointment thru online to get assistance with other banking.
