Worst branch to deal with. I've been a client of scotia bank for over a decade. I needed to speak with the supervisor there and she was too lazy to get up from behind her desk to assist me. It wasnt until I called her out on it that she realized how poor her customer service was. Also don't waste your money on certified checks. This branches "policy" is to hold them. So they take your money and turn around and hold it too. Considering closing my account after my last two experiences here.

Customer service team is useless and not helpful.
I walked into this branch 30 minutes before closing, I braced myself to be treated negatively due to the timing & wanting to start bank accounts here for the first time, only to bump into Amy Johnston - who blew me away with their excellent customer service skills! I was pleasantly surprised that we could socialize while also having them walk me through my banking needs. Amy is understanding, helpful and compassionate; I will be returning to this branch thanks to her
