Amy Johnston, a Senior Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, provided tremendous help today. I needed a demand draft and had forgotten my bank card. Despite this, Amy went above and beyond, utilizing my physical ID and Visa to access my information and ensure I received exactly what I needed. Her dedication and helpfulness were truly appreciated!
As much as long waits at the bank are never fun, I wanted to comment about Carmen. I have dealt with her many times and she has always been super pleasant and knowledgeable. Today while I was waiting in line for about 45 minutes with a long line of customers behind me, she was getting ready to leave and at the time another employee who’s name I don’t know decided to leave amid the rush. Worst service ever! Can't get appointments. Noone available. Then I book a phone appointment through teller and then Noone calls me. They literally don't care. Always have sick calls from their employees in financial services. Last appointment I had did not start on time and made me wait 40 mins. With the fees we pay absolutely unacceptable. Branch manager needs to focus on customer service. Tellers also always require help from a senior person not even trained on products or the basics like credit cards. Poorly run. My mort... read more
Useless phone tree; impossible to speak with a person who can do anything on the phone. When transferred to a person’s voicemail, the call drops and does not allow leaving messages.
