I had a really good experience with both the teller and the advisor at highland Scotiabank! My cash got stuck in the ABM, so I went to the branch the next day to explain the situation. They handled it professionally, and within an hour, the money was credited back to my account. I would say they’re excellent at what they do. The tellers are well-trained, professional, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

Easily the worst bank I’ve dealt with especially . After five years of solid business, it’s clear they don’t value their clients at all. Follow-ups were promised every six months, and I never received a single one. The renewal process was handled with zero care or accountability. Stay away from this bank. The service is careless, the communication is nonexistent, and loyalty means nothing to them.
