This is my branch, and I really don't like the way they makes customers wait for so long while they're not doing nothing at all. Lazy or being rude which I don't get it
Had a 10:30 phone appointment today...someone called and hung up Got a second for 1:30.....3:23 still waiting.... No big deal....someone stealing from me....#customerservice🤣
They ask me to pay for getting statements but other branches never ask for it
