What a great idea!!! Lets put the only atm on the outside where you are completely exposed when making cash deposits. And then 9 times outta 10 the machines rejects the nice clean crisp bills, what a joke!! Get on the ball scotia!! Listen to your customers
I recently visited the bank for a loan process and was assisted by Ms. Zar. She was very helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really impressed me. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and support throughout the process.

bit rude and there seems to be some sort of racial profiling against South asians imo.
I went to this branch to get a new debit card and the woman who helped me was lovely. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and remembered my name when I went back a second time!
