Good experience. This ATM let's us bring out the top amount of money per day and was really helpful!
Staffs and tellers are not in good attitude to service the clients
Came in today, there was a total of four customers (2 being served, myself and my daughter waiting in line), after the teller finished with one of the other clients, we were directed to the counter where we were simply waiting to give my daughters ID so she could finalize her first bank account, we were then told by the teller that she wouldn’t be able to help us (or rather that she could but it was someone else’s day “to do things”… whatever that means) and told us to wait. 20 minutes later, we left without being attended t... read more
Very disappointing experience at this branch. I visited for banking assistance, but the staff member at the front desk, I believe her name was Cheryl, began asking personal questions while looking through my account details, which felt completely inappropriate and unnecessary. The interaction came across as discriminatory and made me very uncomfortable. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and the worst banking experience I’ve had.
