I don’t even want to give them one star. My husband and I had fraud on our bank account back in November and we are still trying to get it resolved. We are out $2200 and Scotiabank has received the funds back from the vendors, but it’s not giving us our money back. Hours and hours on the phone, waiting to talk to managers, waiting on hold, directing us to get a call back, to no success. They pocketed the money. Worst experience I’ve had at a bank Like seriously I’m a minor. They raise their voice quite a bit as well as thought it was a good idea to deactivate my card for no reason. Literally no reason. worst management,not willing to help. I want to go buy lunch like seriously
