Needed a new bank card. Able to get it thank you.
New people that dont know what to do, rude people that dont want to be there, just go to other banks… Scotiabank as a banking institution has been a nightmare too, just so yourself a favor and don’t open accounts here. CIBC is in front of this place and much better option to deal with
I don’t even want to give them one star. My husband and I had fraud on our bank account back in November and we are still trying to get it resolved. We are out $2200 and Scotiabank has received the funds back from the vendors, but it’s not giving us our money back. Hours and hours on the phone, waiting to talk to managers, waiting on hold, directing us to get a call back, to no success. They pocketed the money.
