My husband and I have been with the bank for many, many years in various cities. Now in retirement years, we rely on the staff in the branch we are currently for the past 7 years. Beware. Some of the worst customer service provided. Looking at my options for changing banks. Opened an account over the phone. Asked specifically for a branch in Cambridge. Went in, showed my id, got a card and deposited money. My account the frozen my branch in Kitchener. Called they will not unlock until I visit branch (45 minutes away from my work and only open during my work hours). The reason why I want my branch in Cambridge. Multiple calls with no resolution.
