Had some slightly wrinkled bills the atm wouldn’t take. They refused to exchange $80. What an embarrassing new policy to make the tellers enforce, this was never the case before and not very Canadian. Do better.
Refused to change rolled coins to bills cause I had no account there.
I am coming to this bank from 2019.But today i got Rohan. He was best. He went above and beyond to help us. With Rohan it was my best exp till now.
My husband and I have been with the bank for many, many years in various cities. Now in retirement years, we rely on the staff in the branch we are currently for the past 7 years. Today, once again, we were very pleased and comfortable in the caring expertise of the 2 staff who assisted us with our banking needs.
