Jennifer is the best!
Sorry but this is unacceptable. Tellers are only available from 10 AM to 3 PM, of course many people show up around noon. They have only 1 Teller working, the other is on a break. Talking to the Manager, she say's "Its always like this" - yeah this shows how much they care about the customer. Instead of helping out the team (what a good manager should do), she didnt bother to do so even after being asked by customers to help out. Scotiabank couldnt care less about their customers, it is horrible and a shame.

Scotiabank seems to be passive aggressive about their approach to not caring about customer service, so here's my response: The person behind the counter who wasn't helping anyone even though only one teller was helping a huge lineup doesn't have any eyebrows. It freaked me out. Hope this helps.
