No doubt, one of the best places to get banking services, because the staff is outstanding there!
The robo dialler calls my cell twice a day. I'm not and would never be a member. Any company that treats they're customers like this are desperate. 2.4 rating and your forced to leave a one star rating.. poorly run business
The worst hours possible
Worse service ever , I am trying to book an appointment but the worst customer service dispatch person suggested to book on the app. If you call by branch, No one is picking the phone even on extensions. Top of that if you are leaving a voice message on answering machine. You would not get any response for weeks. I wish I can give them minus star if there’s a option available
Been with this bank/branch for 8 years. Usually it's a good experience. Today was not one of those. The teller, nor the manager could answer a very simple question..then found out later that they could in fact handle my request. Ladies, get it together. The manager sits on her butt while her tellers take abuse (not from me) from angry customers. I felt sorry for the teller..she looked so red and embarrased, but her manager should have stepped in and helped her. Very sad.
