garbage bank, i try to withdraw money, i get told theres something to do with fraud in my account when I was just at another scotiabank snd everything was fine. Do your jobs better
Absolute joke. The teller was more than helpful, however Scotiabank as a whole is a joke. Account was on full hold, had to go in three times to get it resolved, missed work. They told me it would be dealt with in 24 hours, and that the lady would call me to confirm. No call, account still on hold. Now missed work again. Definitely would not recommend

This branch is atrocious, they decided to hold my funds for no reason, ahould have been a simple cheque deposit. Getting in contact with them is impossible on the phone. The call contact center doesn't even have the extension for the branch manager. They lie to customers through their teeth about returning calls and seem to essentially be acting in the most anti-consumer practices possible.
