Extremely disappointed with this bank. I went in to exchange U.S. dollars for different denominations after ordering the money through them in advance. When I got there, they told me they wouldn’t do it because “it wouldn’t be profitable” for them—despite the fact that I’ve done this exact exchange with them before without any issue. It makes no sense to let me order the money, only to refuse the service at the end. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Worst bank and staff ever. DO NOT come here they will just scam your money and investments. Worst teller and branch manager. Try other banks.
Racist and incompetent staff. They will just waste your time and energy and tell you a bunch of Bs. Good luck because staffs like that are ruining Scotiabank. Never ever bank here unless you want your funds stolen. Worst attitude and worst customer service experience!!!
