Went there with an appointment with Louise Wang, branch manager. Waited 35 mins and she was still in another meeting. No call, no response, nothing!
Horrible branch. Made an appointment online for 4.45. Got there at 4.40 and told them who I am there see. Nothing happens for 20 minutes. Finally I get up to leave and they claim the adviser is still in a meeting. After I left he called 45 minutes later. They don't care about you or wasting your time one bit. Their loss. I was there to inquire about moving signficant banking. Will formally lodge a complaint.
