The atm ate my card after hours so i knocked on the window and there was a worker staying late who was so rude to me about asking what i should do to retrieve my card. I understood she couldn’t help me but she was completely unapologetic and rude to me. Never visit this branch. Ridiculous. I’ve been banking with scotiabank for years I should be treated with respect.
They have new hours starting Mar 1st 2026 (ie Monday - Wednesday close at 3:30pm) but no one bother to update in Google. I went on 4/15/26 Wed @4:30 when Google search indicated the branch is still open) but they were not
Staff members are completely useless
