I had a great experience with Franco today. He was extremely helpful and efficient in resolving our issue. I also noticed he was training a new hire, Ronan, and was incredibly patient and thorough in his guidance. This positive and supportive attitude will go a long way and should definitely be recognized. Thank you, Franco!
Absolute horrible Experience, I have a business bank account, I put through well over 100k per month into the bank and they refused to cash a CERTIFIED check under $10,000 with out putting the money on hold for a week. It's a certified cheque why the hell do they need to put it on hold. I don't recommend this bank to anyone who wants to do business.
Only one person helping makes the line go very slow .
