Visited this location to take care of a business banking transaction via Teller. Chelsea was very helpful, kind and friendly. I’m not in Airdrie often, but I would stop at this branch specifically for the excellent service!
this branch has had my cheque on hold for over 5 months now... I accidently deposited a stale dated cheque but they didn't tell me that, I had to book an appointment with a manager because no one else had a clue what was going on. They said they'd "send it back" so it could get reissued but that never happened and I had to get the government involved. The manager wouldn't coordinate with the bank the cheque came from nor would she give me her superiors email so I had to go over her head. Don't go here, they're lazy and just ... read more
I come to this branch because of convenience, however it’s worth driving to any other Scotiabank. I deposit a cheque to pay a bill every month, I went in on this occasion and they wanted to charge me a “Fee” for doing this, I have done the same transaction at several other Scotiabank’s including the one I went to directly after seeing them and I am never charged a “Service Fee”
Had a phone mortgage appointment with Barbara Myhovich today at 1-2pm. took half day off from work so i can attend her call without any distractions. she never called me i was waiting all the time. i get it sometimes things comes up, but should inform the customer. it happened 2nd time in 6 months.
