I wanted to post a bad review and I saw they have 2.2 score which means no one is gonna care about our reviews and can’t fix their terrible service
I opened a joint account and I had to come several times to get a statement for my account which I need to pay for it!!! Very poor customer service there is always a line up and never enough staffs
To say that I am surprised is to say nothing. I would like to pay special attention to the "manager" Sharon Fong. One day I came to exchange money for dollars, it took 40-60 minutes (not including waiting in line, there were 4 people ahead of me, and I waited about 30 minutes while the cashiers talked about their business not related to work).
