Teller service is rarely available and there’s no tellers at most other Dartmouth locations. Then in Nov 2025 they reduced teller hours, despite it being one of few locations that has tellers at all…
I've been trying to make an appointment for months and they always cancel last minute. It's incredibly frustrating
Avoid this branch at all costs! Cole harbour branch is 100% better. They have great customer service at Cole Harbour. Mic Mac mall branch has the Worst customer service. Teller was so rude and smug. Asking for unnecessary information and difficult for no reason on a simple request.
What has this country come to...GOD HELP US ALL...the banks take and take and take and yet you cant get a human being on the phone...
