Crazy that my 2 star review is going to raise the average for this branch. Good job to Olga, she was very friendly and understood my frustration. But Charles Nearing on the other hand had me waiting for my scheduled meeting for 40mins. Did not come out once to apologize or explain the delay. Then had the audacity to email like I was going to return to set up the bank account on another day.
Can’t wait to pull all my accounts and mortgage. BYE

Despite a generally pleasant experience, I did run into a concerning issue during my visit. A staff member I spoke with regarding a high-interest savings offer provided incorrect information about how the interest was calculated. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I do regret opening an investment account with this bank and branch. I dealt with Christina Whynot and her and the branch manager Sarah Giles have been the worst to deal with. They do not have any customer service and no idea how to be sympathetic with people.
