An absolute nightmare trying to deal with Wasaga Scotiabank. Please read and decide, if this is the right bank for you. Especially in a time of need. Before you decide to put your financial well being in their hands. My brother passed away in October. As Executor, I visited Wasaga Branch 2days later with all paperwork in hand(security video would show that) Talked to Ted Dean, also Holga ( manager). I was basically brushed off.
