Constantly can't make cash deposits. Bills always getting rejected and takes forever for their stupid machines to finally accept my cash. Unacceptable imo. would give 0 stars if I could.
What a terrible bank. So, my husband and I have been with Scotiabank over 40 year's. He's a truck driver that had been with the same company. That company pays him in the form of a cheque, it's a farming company he has worked for years with , we have had it with Scotia holding his paycheck when we have bills elsewhere to pay. We have never bounced or missed payments until COVID. He is our on the road day 3 with no food or $$ as Scotia had put a hold .
