they do not care for customers at all they just simply don’t want your business. They’re extremely slow at their jobs and are terrible with responses and emails when it comes to big and important things like mortgages, LOCs etc. Took my business across the street to the RBC!
I haven’t used drive thru at this location but I had a great experience at this Scotiabank branch last two days. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. I was there to help my dad fix and make changes to his account and since English isn’t our first language I had to translate for him. Marta helped us out and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. We really appreciated the support and I am glad we got everything sorted without any stress. Thanks again to the team.
Fix your drive thru atm its garbage
No one here knows how to pick up a phone. Utterly frustrating. Voicemail for everyone!
