Worst service here . Horrible manners .
I had a simple request: replace my debit card. I had all the proper identification and assumed this would be quick and straightforward. Instead, I had to visit three different Scotiabank locations just to get it done. How is it possible that such a basic task is this difficult? Garbage bank with even trasher customer service/managers acting like their thugs when assisting with basic banking needs. Scotia needs a complete overhaul of their personnel.
