I've been experiencing issues with your drive-thru ATM for two days in a row. Yesterday, a system error prevented me from making a withdrawal, and today, the withdrawal option is not even selectable. Additionally, despite having a high daily ATM limit, the machine only allows a maximum withdrawal of $1,000 per transaction, requiring me to restart the process for any additional amount. How much longer will Scotiabank wait to upgrade its machines and enhance customer service quality?
