I know this location has some bad reviews from the past but I have always had a good experience at this location.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this Scotiabank branch. The staff have consistently been rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Based on the branch’s public reviews, it appears that many other customers are experiencing the same treatment. This raises a larger concern, where is the oversight? Where is branch management and regional leadership to ensure employees are properly trained and held to professional standards? Very disappointed with the customer service at this branch. We were rudely turned away and told to visit our “home” branch for what should have been a simple banking request. Although another representative eventually assisted us, the initial interaction was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. This is not the level of service we expect from a reputed bank. Experiences like this make us seriously reconsider our banking relationship altogether. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.
