Please train your tellers in basic human communication. The tellers at this location are more concerned with staring at their fake nails than making eye contact. Not even a smile. Unprofessional and unhelpful. What should be a basic task seems to be an incredible burden. I won’t be back here.
Horrible customer service, didn’t not resolve my issue…. won’t be going back
I just asked for a simple car loan statement for taxes (not a payput statement) and they told me to call the car loan department and ask them. Apparently, it wasn't within the branch's jurisdiction. I went to another branch and they gave it to me right away. Ridiculous.
My Mom, Angie Tzongas, recently visited the Scotiabank branch at 9600 Islington Avenue because she was having difficulty accessing her online banking through the Scotiabank app on her iPad. Very unreliable service from the unknowledgeable tellers and phone reps to my card getting stuck in the ATM. The Scotia Debit card doesn’t work in 90% of retailers internationally from the USA, UK, Europe or Asia. Changing banks ASAP. You should reconsider also.
