Please avoid this bank if possible. Specifically, please avoid working with Anuj Datta. Without consent or notice my line of credit which has a balance owing to me was closed. When I went to the branch to investigate the issue and have my funds returned to me he told the the account was closed (after only being open 6 months) and that they would be unable to assist me further and they would look into it. Branch manager will never call back
I always receive great service at this location.
The service was nearly useless today. Just unbearable when you know that people are withholding their best, not looking for you to leave a satisfied customer. I'm really starting for the first time to dislike Scotiabank. I've been with them for years but last few times I needed service they find ways to roadblock instead of deliver. I should consider going elsewhere where there is some respect for the customer's needs
helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Leagues better than every other scotia i've dealt with
