Very unreliable service from the unknowledgeable tellers and phone reps to my card getting stuck in the ATM. The Scotia Debit card doesn’t work in 90% of retailers internationally from the USA, UK, Europe or Asia. Changing banks ASAP. You should reconsider also.

I visited this Scotiabank branch today to open a business account for my company (Skyrise), and the experience was very disappointing. The staff attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
