I have banked with Tangerine for more than twenty years. "Tangerine is a trade name of Tangerine Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Bank of Nova Scotia and a CDIC member in its own right." Yet, because I don't have a Scotiabank card, I was not allowed to exchange $25 in cash (bills) for $25 in loonies so I could do my laundry. Apparently I'm a "money laundering risk"!!! Its pretty bad if you can wait long enough to go from a good mood to annoyed enough to leave a negative review. There are 7 tills but 2 people operating them . There are more people here working but they aren't clearing the line... Likely not going to make my meeting as that person is seemingly not here either...
