The most inconvenient bank in the city. ATMs close at 8pm and weekends....when they are open they smell like urine.
ATMs are closed on weekends. It's the main location in downtown Victoria. You have to go to Uptown or Craigflower just to use the ATM. They're closing their ATM on Admirals as well in the walk.
I experienced bullying and harassment from the new branch manager and her male assistant at this location. Their behaviour toward me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As part of my security role, I was simply trying to assist customers and support people in the branch, yet I was treated poorly by management instead of being respected for helping.
