We had to set up banking for your daughter who will be going to university in Victoria. We were helped by Mr. Sanket Poojary and his branch assistant manager, and both were very helpful and professional.
Unfortunately this will be one of my less favorable reviews but the experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share. In June I met with a representative in-person to explore some options as I was considering a change in my primary banking relationship. He was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and made me feel genuinely heard and supported. Horrible customer service. That is can you even speak to anyone? You call the branch and there is no way to even speak to anyone there. It only sends you to the call centre. Terrible service.
Honestly disappointed with how Holly and Suzannah handled things—they refused to accept my BC Services Card or my Scotiabank Line of Credit card as valid ID. That said, there were still some very kind and helpful people who stepped up to help me replace my card. Just a heads-up: be patient, and remember we’re all human.
