Google Maps says this branch is open on Saturdays. That is wrong, they are not and I told them this 2 years ago
Went in today to apply for credit card as directed by online application. Basically told me I needed an appointment. Not One customer in the branch. What a joke. Called 1800 To complain. People working were clueless and not happy to help me.
Bank machine fine but if you need to see a teller good luck! Usually only 1 on and always a long wait. Sad how yiu can't get customer service anymore.
