Won't cash in an Elders old age pension. For 10 months. They will not. How disgusting.
Horrific customer service. They made an error on my account, took 8 business days to correct it after multiple calls and an in person visit and once they did figure it out put another five business day hold on it. Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone, staff in person are nice but ultimately not effective. Go elsewhere.
Rohit was great at helping today I walked in with one problem he assisted me with 3 other issues. Great wisdom , friendly person and knowledgeable. Shelly was also great awesome people.
