It's no surprise this location is closing. The staff are incompetent. The service I've received at this branch has made me seriously consider switching to another bank. Scotiabank needs some quality control at their locations because this experience was unacceptable. Made me call the customer service number to get a document only for the representative on the phone to tell me that only the branch could do it. Just went there today monday Dec 08 2025. Horrible customer service. I wanted to withdraw a cash amount hire than what the ATM would do so I went to the counter. They wanted a reason why I wanted to withdraw less than $2000 in cash. I dont discuss my personal business with anyone. I had all my ID &correct pin # etc. Asian guy named Hui looked down on me like I wash a piece of trash suggesting that I was possibly attemping fraud.
