I didn't even step foot into this branch and the number of red flags is alarming. I set up an appointment a week ago online for today. 4 hours prior to the appointment I get an email from the agent I am meeting with that says my meeting with them is cancelled and to respond to this email or call. I emailed and got no response so I booked a meeting at another branch only to see online that the original meeting was not cancelled. I cancelled it myself. This was my worst experience with a bank supervisor. I feel bad for the workers working with her. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. But one thing for sure. I am never coming back to this branch.
0 stars if I could. What a joke of a bank. The branch manager literally told me “I’m part of the fraud” after they flagged my own account for a crypto transaction that I personally initiated. They were completely wrong about what happened, and even after I repeatedly explained the situation, they refused to admit their mistake. I’ve rarely seen such a level of incompetence. I’m honestly glad that online banks like Wealthsimple exist.
The worst service ever never again no wonder they're ratings are so low I am also switching to BMO!
Not helpful at all. Went to BMO and they were so helpful.
