Mika and her team were extremely helpful during a time sensitive transaction. Great customer service!
Why your branch have a front desk with no reception. I was at 1644 hillside waited almost 10mins and no one come at help me. Saw the manager helping with front line up staff, after he sit back to his desk. Not even consider come and ask me if I need any help. Very poor service!
Waited 20 minutes to be helped. Then other customers were getting mad. Took me to finally to yell in the bank before staff started helping customers 😤. Worse service and they had all the tellers full and only one was helping customers.
