Update- Bank looked into my request and provided with an appropriate resolution. They made it right for me. ————— Extremely unprofessional and patronizing experience. When I asked a simple technical question about a deposit failure, a senior supervisor (man in 50s) responded with a mocking "rant" and sarcastic analogies. To make it worse, the younger teller stood there laughing at the exchange. Staff could use some customer service training.
