Took forever to finally get to see someone and then they berated me for awhile said the issue would be fixed by Monday and did absolutely nothing. Going on third visit to this branch for the same issue and still not resolved.

Went to exchange currency from England as was told my the teller they no longer accept paper bills even though it’s legal tender. I asked to speak to a manager and told me the same thing. Went to a currency exchange place and they swapped the currency with no issues. Bank fees keep going up and service keeps going down.
AWFUL!!!! closed arbitrarily many many times. No idea what is going on. Especially bad since seniors use this branch particularly . Its just terrible for a bank that is making literally BILLIONS of dollars of profit each year. NO EXCUSE!
