I had a great experience at this bank. I went to three different branches, and no one was successful in helping me. Then I came here and worked with Tammy, she was amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you, Tammy!
It was the most welcoming and pleasant experience I could ever have at a bank. The Indian woman associate went above and beyond at her customer service and provided me excellent solutions for my problem. Highly recommend this branch to visit and interact with the employees.
Lines are always so long because there are never enough tellers 😔. Always feel frustrated when I come here
Posted sign says they close at 11pm but doors locked at 10:55 pm. Why would you lock atms anyway? Can't access your own money! Other atms with other banks are open 24/7. Don't keep your money here.
Office hours on website states till 5 pm . Bank is closed by 4 :05 pm . Banks should be accessible for public in the given day. Staff should have patient and courtesy when doing this as many are rushing after work hours . Or to change the timing as 4 pm instead of wasting our time and energy.
