I have to wait till 8:30 to use the ATM machine like that's ridiculous. Unfortunately, I have a job that I have to attend to early in the morning. So therefore I cannot wait until 8:30 AM to use the ATM. That's ridiculous. I will definitely be switching banks.
Branch doesn’t understand their own polices. Sent us to another branch for getting a bank draft, saying it’s only allowed for 3k at this branch. We confirmed and this was wrong. I came to this branch since it was the closest to me, and I was recovering from knee surgery. Both the teller and branch manager should be trained on their banks policies.
