Went there to simply withdraw $1000 US. Took about 20min in line to see someone which had only about 6 people in line. After that had to wait 20-30min to get my money. Not sufficient at all. Very slow service
One of the worst bank customer service experience I ever had. The teller was helpful tho, on the other hand the brunch manager was rude and arrogant. She was the only one capable of solving my issue although she didn’t help me because she is very impolite and ego driven, unfortunately. Scotiabank head office shall review her position, it’s not nice to be treated like I was being a customer for 8+ years.
I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today at the Scotiabank branch. I came in simply to replace my bank card, but the interaction with the teller was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The process took around 20 minutes for what should have been a straightforward card replacement. We had a very difficult issue updating our phone number with Scotiabank and had already tried many times through customer service without success. Today, Tennille went above and beyond to help us. She patiently assisted us in every possible way and even contacted customer service from her side. It took almost an hour, but she stayed friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process until the issue was finally solved.
