Who was at the reception desk of your bank on July 16th at 2:00 PM? I came in asking to have a void cheque printed out. The man at the reception desk showed me how to download it from the app—something I already knew how to do. I asked him, "Have you run out of paper?" This isn't the first time this person has behaved rudely and shown a lack of customer-oriented service; the other staff members are always friendly.
Susan was veary helpfull and got my Mom set up with an account here. But the frount staff was cold to me who was waring for my Mom.
I have been banking with Scotiabank for almost 20 years, and I personally find their customer service unmatched. Aside from competitive rates on everything, recently they contacted me due to their system flagging my accounts for review due to high interest on one of my accounts and Suzzie helped me restructure all of my accounts to be able to save literally thousands of dollars and reallocate my finances.
