Not sure why all the bad reviews. I have been banking at this branch for probably 30 years and have never had an issue. The current managers, Scott and Jesse, are always accessible and fantastic to deal with. I moved across town about 3 years ago and I still drive to this branch for my banking. Chris E.
I would recommend to never get a mortgage with Scotia. They don't much care about the customer. I have three mortgages I moved to a rental corp once my 5 year term was up, they knew about the plan, had notes on the file that I need an open monthly term, instead they auto renewed my terms for 6 months in a fixed, I got funding for the loans the same month and they charged me $9k in early term fees.
