I have been banking with Scotiabank for almost 20 years, and I personally find their customer service unmatched. Aside from competitive rates on everything, recently they contacted me due to their system flagging my accounts for review due to high interest on one of my accounts and Suzzie helped me restructure all of my accounts to be able to save literally thousands of dollars and reallocate my finances. Not happy with the staff at all, went in to talk to someone about some stuff and it was all rudeness from the staff, I wasn’t too happy with the outcome, not going there again!
Very disappointed to discover this branch will no longer be a full service branch. All the staff at this branch have been wonderful to work with and will miss seeing them.
