I am existing member i would like to add 2nd vehicle into policy since the price was getting high, guy I speak to offer me an option to open one more policy this premium will be slightly better. We agreed he send me the quote saying let them once i would like to go active next day i called spoken with 2 different agents they add up additional 600 on top giving excuses 1 driver can't be primary on 2 vehicles its a learning opportunity for our colleague etc. which i understand and respect but what is my fault here i bought the... read more
Well the reason I'm giving them a 2 star is i had alittle accident which was my fault . Called them and they said I didn't have pay my deductible and then almost a month later got a call and I had to pay my deductible do too a mis understanding!!! I guarantee I will looking for another insurance company... I highly to recommend this insurance company!
My experience with the Auto Quest group was outstanding. The young men who helped me through the sale of my car were professional and accommodating. It was a pleasure to deal with them.. Within 10 minutes my car was sold and the payment was made by e-transfer. Simple and painless! I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to sell their car. 👍😊
Very bad customer service asking for information and answering very rude like make you a favour ,next I just go switch for another company
Imagine no one picks up your calling .. and suddenly the call goes on silent no more machine and then call drops .. tried 4 time each one 18 + minutes
