Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my insurance and requested for a document. 3 calls and they kept telling me 3 different things and basically saying it’s a me problem and even with support the last person I spoke to literally told me he doesn’t know how to help. Horrible would not recommend

worst roadside service makes excuses to come in an hour after one hour get more extra time spent all night outside due to bad experience with this policy. its not 24 hour.

They charged me $440 over the next month for the insurance I canceled and didn't want to pay any more. When I called to correct this nonsense, they told me nonsense like I canceled in the fifth month of my contract. I've been a Scotia Insurance member for two years. This is a complete scam. I'll be reporting it to everyone and everywhere.

As a long-standing customer with a history of loyalty, including coverage for a home and three vehicles over the past 12 years without any claims, I am disappointed with the policy cancellation following a 50% fault accident. I am grateful to have found alternative coverage with Co-operators, who provided a more favorable solution.

Stay far away, at this point we only stayed because we initiated a claim. Have an issue with our drain, plumbers came and saw 3 cracks and and corrosion in the pipes outside and a bit of corrosian inside. Intact claims (after reviewing the vieo of the pipes) that it is impossible to have 3 cracks in the pipes outside and that there is no issue inside.
