Let me just say that I have been a patient for 5 years and I have had nothing but the best experience. Dr. Backer and Dr. Marx have made my dental experiences very comfortable and I recommend them to people whenever the subject comes up. They are energetic!
I would never send a friend to see Dr Backer! I am surprised that he has so many good reviews. On the other hand Dr Marx (another dentist in the office) is kind and listens to your problems. I don't know why she stays working for this office! Beware! Dr Backer is NOT a gentleman!
The office staff is rude, especially Lisa. She should leave her home life problems at home instead of taking her issues on the patients that have to deal with her at the front desk. Dr Backer has a hot and cold personality, you never know who your gonna get. I would never recommend this practice. The staff makes you feel like your a burden to them. They need a serious focused course on customer service!!
