We were very pleased with our selection of Scotia Construction to replace our aged double carport. Their quote was very competitive and construction was done by a wonderfully friendly and competent team. While the job took a bit longer than expected due to an existing “motherload” of a foundation for the posts, Alan was adept at managing his teams and kept me well informed of progress, going over and above to ensure we were happy with the final product. I would without hesitation recommend Scotia based on this experience.

What started out as a leaking roof that needed a quick repair, turned into a full reno due to termites. Scotia and team were amazing! We were so overwhelmed and under prepared and Allan and the team made it so straightforward. The team were all so lovely and easy to work with, we nearly enjoyed them being at our house at 7am every morning. The team were communicative, reliable and trustworthy. We are so glad we went with Scotia

My home renovation with Allan and the team from Scotia was quite seamless, however it took a bit longer than originally planned. All team members were curtious and respectful. They all communicated well and turned up when they said they would. The quality of the work is of a high standard and Allan’s knowledge guided me well through the decision making processes through the build.
