Scotese Builders provided excellent service and are truly skilled craftsmen. At the start of my project to refinish my basement through the last light bulb going in they were very professional. Paul came to my home to measure and gave me a quote. His quote was right on the money and the job was finished within two weeks as promised. Paul & Joe have helped us with several projects in the past few years. The biggest renovation was the kitchen which is my favorite room in the house followed by the dining room with the beautiful bow window and decorative wainscoting done by Paul & Joe. They are very conscientious, precise and detailed in their planning and work. Paul & Joe are a pleasure and easy to work with and are committed to getting a project done on schedule. For the past 20 years, Scotese Builders have had the #1 spot on my speed dial for my 6000 sq ft home. I have called Paul & Joe for plumbing, electrical, sump pump, renovations, frozen pipes, and window and door replacements, etc. They are always professional and leave the house clean and have saved me time, money, and worry over the years. We worked with Scotese Builders Spring of 2010 to put a new front-porch on and a pavilion next to the pool. Right from the consultation, we knew we were on the right track. Paul had some excellent ideas regarding the maintenance-issues with such structures. He convinced us that concrete was a trouble-free option and vinyl posts and rails will last forever. But, the best part was how they progressed through the job arrived early every day, adjusted to issues and built two beautiful structures.

We have used Scotese builders for several projects, large and small, throughout the years...from custom built-in bookcases to the installation of replacement windows and doors. Not only do they have expertise in the building trade...they have great insight into design and detail ( which for me is important since I just don't have "the eye". ) You want it done...do it yourself want it done RIGHT...use Scotese Builders...you'll feel like your home is part of Better Home s & Gardens when they're done! They did a great job for me, from planning the job, execution, and answering questions afterward. Paul is a good guy to have on any job -- they put a beautiful concrete patio on the back of our house and we get compliments on it all of the time.

I would highly recommend Scotese builders. I have used them several times for some home renovation / repair projects in the last couple years and have been very satisfied for several reasons. First of all, their quotes seemed reasonable. This was important in the weak economy we have seen. Most importantly, their concern for customer needs and quick response to issues is what led to repeat business. Return phone calls or response to email was usually no more than a couple hours.
