If I could give him zero stars I would. I live in a beautiful home in an beautiful neighborhood. This man actually appraised my home for less than the appraisal I received 2 years ago. How is that even possible?? Everyone knows house prices in SD are going up and have gone up every year. Except the Ramirez family based on Mr. Clemons opinion. Mr. Clemons made claims about our home in our appraisal that were not true. If you want a fair and honest appraisal use someone else!
