I have been living here for over 12 years, and enjoy the quite, friendly neighbors, and sense of safety. Unfortunately, communicating with management and the emergency on call super is very challenging as they do not return phone calls and if they do its not in a timely manner. Also, the number for the emergency super changes often and no communication is sent to us. I have been living in my apt for approximately 17 years. It is relatively quiet and the grounds are kept for the most part. Unfortunately we have been experiencing a major issue with hot water. Many attempts to call the management to solve this issue has been unresolved. Jose our Super has been a gem. He goes above and beyond to help the tenants. Another unsettling issue is snow removal.
